Section 14(1) in Tamil Nadu Handloom Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981
(1)In every industrial premises, sufficient latrine and urinal accommodation of such types as may be prescribed, shall be provided and shall be so conveniently situated as may be easily accessible to all the employees at all time while they are in the industrial premises.
