Section 7(a) in The Punjab Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1964
(a)(i)if the applicant is an individual, his name, nationality, profession and residence, and(ii)if the applicant is a partnership firm, a company or an association or body of individuals whether incorporated or not, its name, nature and place of business and place of registration or incorporation.
