Section 3(1) in Manipur State Commission For The Scheduled Tribes Act, 2014
(1)The State Government shall constitute a body to be called as the Manipur Commission for the Scheduled Tribes to exercise the powers and to perform the functions assigned to it by or under this Act with its headquarters at Imphal.
