03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. In view of the Sub-rule 13 and 15 (viii) of Rule-4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2020 (in short the "Rules"), the victim is required to be noticed, but she is yet to be noticed in this case.
3. At this stage, Mr. S.N. Mishra-4, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to serve a copy of the bail application to the learned ASC by tomorrow, so as to enable him to send the same to the Jurisdictional Police Station for service upon the informant indicating the probable date of hearing by the next date.
