Section 12(iv) in The National Environment Appellate Authority (Salary, Allowances And Conditions Of Service Of Chairperson And Vice-Chairperson) Rules, 1998
(iv)A Vice-Chairperson shall be entitled to medical treatment and hospital facilities as provided in the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) as applicable to a retired Government Servant. At places where the CGHS scheme is not in operation, he/she shall be entitled to reimbursement facilities provided under the Central Service (Medical Attendance) Rules.
