- If the Government or the special officer appointed under section 60 is of opinion that any contract of employment entered into by the management relation to the educational institution at any time before taking over is unduly onerous, they or he may, by giving to the employee one month's notice in writing or salary or wages for one month in lieu thereof, terminate such contract of employment.
