Section 16 in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019
16. Exemption.
- The Government may, by General or Special order and subject to such conditions or restrictions as may be specified in such order, exempt any person(s) or any institution from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this order and may, at any time, suspend or rescind any such exemption.
