Section 8(1) in The Rajasthan Regulation Compounded Cattle Feed, Concentrates and Mineral Mixtures Order, 1991
(1)On receipt of the report under clause 7, the Registration Authority may either grant or refuse registration under this Order:Provided that before refusing registration, the Registration Authority shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the affected party.
