Section 4 in The Delhi Preservation Of Trees Act, 1994
4. Meeting of the Tree Authority.
(1)The Tree Authority shall meet at least once in three months at such place and time as the Chairman may decide.(2)The quorum to constitute a meeting of the Tree Authority, shall be three members referred to in sub-section (2) of section 3.(3)No co-opted member shall have the right to vote at a meeting.(4)In the case of an equality of votes on any matter, the Chairman shall have a second or casting vote.
