1. Mr. T. Singhdev, Advocate for the respondent no. 1 stated that, as per the order dated 04.04.2024, the record pertaining to the disposal of the representation made by the respondent no.3/Dr. Jaideep Bansal, Neurologist, as well as the record of the appeal filed by the petitioner, is to be produced before this court, but it is a voluminous document running intoapproximately around three thousand pages.
2. Mr. T. Singhdev, Advocate for the respondent no. 1 further stated that he shall prepare the convenience brief of the above-mentioned document and will file the same on record with advance copy to the counsel for the This is a digitally signed order.
