Section 58(2)(a) in Orissa Value Added Tax Act, 2004

(a)Any foreign diplomatic mission or consulate in India or the United nations or any other similar international body, as may be notified by the Government, shall be entitled to refund of tax paid for goods purchased in the State and all such refunds shall be subject to the conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed.
