Section 1 in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Purchase Obligation, its Compliance and REC Framework Implementation) Regulations, 2010
1. Short Title and Commencement.
- 1.1 These regulations may be called the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Purchase Obligation, its Compliance and REC Framework Implementation) Regulations, 2010.1.2These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Bihar Gazette.1.3These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
