                                                O R D E R

Mr. Rohit Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not press the present Special Leave Petitions and Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by R Natarajan Date: 2022.01.28 seeks permission to withdraw the same as the petitioners are trying 16:52:04 IST Reason:

to settle the dispute with the concerned persons to whom the compensation is ordered to be paid by the learned trial Court. 2 Permission is, accordingly, granted.
The present Special Leave Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is observed that, if there are any changed circumstances, it will be open for the petitioners to move the High Court for modification of the impugned order, which may be considered by the High Court in accordance with law and on its own merits for which we have not expressed anything in favour of the petitioners.
