Affidavit of dasti service upon respondent nos.1 and 2 in terms of order dt.25.2.2020 shall be filed within two weeks.

Office report indicates that notices issued through registered post A.D. have been delivered at the given addres to both respondent nos. 1 and 2. No one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Respondent no.3 has filed counter affidavit. Upon filing of the affidavit of dasti service, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
