The counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of the Honble High Court in Writ Petition NO.6235/2010 dated 15.9.2010 which has stayed the contempt proceedings with regard to non-implementation of the Tribunals order dated 26.3.2010 in TA No.174/2009 till the Writ Petition is decided.
2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present Contempt Petition with liberty to revive it if necessary at an appropriate time. The CP is, therefore, closed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged.
