29. Penalties:.
- If any person contravenes any of the provisions of sub-sections (1), (2), (4)(b), (5) and (6) of Section 3, Sub-sections (1)(a), (2)(a) of Section 7, sub-section (1) of Section 14, Section 18 and Section 28, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.
