Section 1 in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment of Consultants) Regulations, 1999
1. Short title and commencement.
- (i) These regulations may be called the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment of Consultants) Regulations, 1999.(ii)These shall come into force with effect from September 21,1999.
