(v)Weighing machine to be tested. - The weighing machine should be tested and proper corrections ascertained by the officer-in-charge of warehouse on each occasion before bringing it into use. The full casks will then be weighed and the net weight ascertained by deducting the tare of the vessel as shown by the Distillery Superintendent. The capacity will then be determined as provided in sub-instruction (iv) above, and the details noted in the prescribed register.
