75.
All recommendations for remission or suspension of a sentence made under [Section 432] [Substituted by C.S. No. 37.] of the Code of Criminal Procedure, by an officer of any subordinate Court to the State Government, in regard to a convict whose case has been before the High Court on appeal, shall be made through the High Court.
