(7)The Chairman shall have the. - (a) Power of general supervision and control over the Secretary and other officers and employees of the Council.(b)Power to entrust such work as he deems fit to the members of the board of studies and committees and(c)Power to sanction travelling allowances at the rates approved by the State Govt. to the Secretary and members of the Council.]
