Section 59(1) in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
(1)Subject to the approval of the Executive Committee, the Registrar shall appoint the clerical and Group 'D' staff and may engage such temporary personnel, as may be required from time to time, and pay a reasonable rate of remuneration to such personnel, provided it does not exceed the rate sanctioned by the Central Government for corresponding permanent staff and these appointments shall be subject to ratification by the Central Government.
