Section 23(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Shops and Establishments Act, 1966
(2)It shall not be lawful for in employer to call an employee, at, or for an employee to go to, his theatre or other place of public amusement or entertainment or any other place for any work in connection with the business of his theatre or place of public amusement or entertainment on a day on which such employee has a holiday.
