Service book in the Form prescribed by the State Government for its employees will be supplied to a Head of Institution or teacher or other employee of the institution at his own cost on his first appointment and along with the character roll shall be maintained by and kept in the custody of the He id of the Institution in the case of a teacher and by the Manager in the case of Head of the Institution.
