Section 27 in The U.P. Regulation Of Money-Lending Act, 1976
27. Finality of orders. -
(1)No order made by any officer or authority in exercise of any power conferred by or under this Act shall be called in question in any Court.(2)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any order made thereunder.
