Section 3(3) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Public Health Act, 1985
(3)[The Chief Secretary of Goa] [Substituted by the Amendment Act 10 of 2009.] shall be the President of the Public Health Board and the Director of Health Services shall be its Secretary.
