Section 4 in The Punjab Co-operative Land Mortgage Banks Act, 1957
4. Vesting of property in Trustee.
- The mortgages and other assets transferred by the Primary Land Mortgage Banks to the State Bank shall vest in the Trustee from the date of such transfer.
