Section 26(1) in The U.P. Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1958
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the members of the staff of the University shall be appointed by the Board on the recommendation of the [Kulpati (Vice-Chancellor)] [Substituted by U.P Act 29 of 1974, vide Section 27 for The Vice-Chancellor].
