(3)The syllabus of the course lending to the above certificate, and the organisations conducting the State Course shall be approved by the D.G. FASLI or the Government in accordance with the guidelines issued by the D.G. FASLI.Within one month of the appointment of a Factory Medical Officer, the Occupier of the Factory shall furnish to the Chief Inspector the following particulars:-(a)Name and address of the Factory Medical Officer;(b)Qualification;(c)Experience, if any; and(d)the sub-rule under which appointed.
