                               ORAL ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Mr.Vaghela,   learned   counsel   appearing   for   the  petitioner   states   that   the   elections   are   held   and   as  such, the petitions have become infructuous.

It   further   appears   that   pursuant   to   the   interim  order passed, the names of the respective persons have  already   been   included   in   the   voters'   list   but   no  adverse circumstances are brought to the notice of this  Court.

Hence   all   petitions   are   disposed   of   as   having  become   infructuous   but   with   the   observation   that   any  agreed   person   shall   be   at   liberty   to   approach   before  the   Election   Tribunal   if   they   are   so   advised   and   at  that   stage,   rights   and   contentions   shall   remain   open  and they shall not be prejudiced by the interim order  passed   in   the   present   petitions.   Both   petitions   are  disposed of accordingly.
