Section 13(1) in A.P. Intelligent Global Hub For Digital Pedagogies Act, 2019
(1)If any difficulties arise in giving effect to the provisions of the Act, the Government may, by order, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty:Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of three years from the date of commencement of the Act.
