Section 24(1) in Uttaranchal Judicial Service Rules, 2005
(1)The seniority of the officers who are already members of the Service under the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Nyaik Seva Niyamawali, 1951 (as applicable to the State of Uttaranchal) when these rules came into force, would be determined according to the said rules.
