(ii)Form No. 4 will show the sales, the proceeds of which are credited under Revenue head-II, arranged and totalled in horizontal lines according to subheads, and so much of the revenue under head-III, as is obtained by the sale of drift and waif wood and confiscated forest produce collected and removed by consumers or purchasers.
