122B. Public Disclosure of Information.
(1)Every Municipal Council and the Nagar Panchayat shall maintain and publish all its records duly catalogued and indexed, in a manner and form which enables the Municipal Council or the Nagar Panchayat, as the case may be, under this section to disclose the required information to general public.(2)The manner of disclosure of information, its periodicity and formats shall be such as may be prescribed.][Chapter V-A] [[Inserted by C.G.
