Section 14(1)(c) in Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2012

(c)on receipt of the rep.ort referred to in clause (b), the Competent Authority shall forward the same, along with his comments, to the Director, who shall in turn send the same to the State Government with his recommendations.
