9. Commencement of Operation by Authorized Service Provider.
- The Authorized Service Provider shall commence its commercial operation for Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) only after -(a)It has confirmed to the Director of Electronic Service Delivery the adoption of procedures and standard specified under these rules; and(b)It has installed facilities and infrastructure associated with efficient delivery of electronic services and in an error-free manner.
