Section 21B(2) in Andhra Pradesh General Sales Tax Act, 1957
(2)The salaries and allowances payable to, and other terms and conditions of service (including pension, gratuity and other retirement benefits) of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and the Member shall be the same as those applicable to a Judge of the High Court:Provided that neither the salary and allowances nor the other terms and conditions of service of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman or the Member shall be varied to his disadvantage after his appointment.
