Section 15(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled, Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963
(1)No court inferior to that of [Judicial Magistrate] [Substituted vide Punjab Act No. 25 of 1964.] of the First Class shall be competent to try any offence punishable under this Act.
