Section 58(f) in The Asansol Municipal Corporation Act, 1990.
(f)sums payable-(i)under orders of the State Government on failure of the Corporation to take any action required by the State Government; or(ii)under any other enactment in force for the time being; or(iii)under the decree or order of a civil or criminal court against the Corporation; or(iv)under a compromise of any claim, suit or other legal proceedings; or(v)on account of the cost incurred in taking immediate action by any of the municipal authorities referred to in section 3 to avert a sudden threat or danger to the property of the Corporation or to human life;
