Section 8(1)(a) in The Bihar Gramdan Act, 1965

(a)the extent of lands, in respect of which the declarations made under Section 5 and filed under Section 7 have been confirmed, is not less than fifty-one per cent of the total extent of lands held by owners residing in that village; and
