89. Annual statement of income and expenditure.
- The Registrar shall in the month of July in each year prepare a statement of income and expenditure of the preceding financial year, and draw the attention of the Council to such matters as [seem] [Substituted by G.N. of 2.8.1975.] deserving of notice.
