(b)The document in which the Distribution System Planning and Security Standards are set forth pursuant to Clause (a) of this Condition 17.3 must include a statement by the Licensee as to how it proposes to implement the standards as so to:(i)ensure a satisfactory degree of standardisation of plant, apparatus, and equipment within the State of Haryana; and(ii)develop and observe a policy on spare parts required;
