21. Power to relax.
- Where the Director is satisfied that the operation of any of these paragraphs causes undue hardship in any particular case, he shall refer the matter to the Government in the Education Department and the Government may by order for reasons to be recorded in writing dispense with or relax the requirements of that paragraph to such extent and subject to such exceptions and conditions as it may consider necessary for dealing with the case in a just and equitable manner.Form 1Application for gratuity[See Rule 9(1)]
