2. The Petitioner has sought directions to the respondent- authorities to comply with the Notification dated 30 April 2019 and grant No Objection Certificate. The Petitioner's grievance pertains to sale of Biodiesel and setting up of retail outlet for the same.
3. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner draws our attention to the communication issued by the Collector, Nashi dated 11 rsk 2/2 910-WPL-7456-20.doc September 2020 to one of the members of Petitioner No.1. This communication states that guidance is sought from the State Government in respect of Biodiesel outlets. It is stated that after such guidance is received, application may be considered and the application was accordingly disposed of. The learned Additional Government Pleader seeks time to take instructions as regard the above position.
4. At the request of learned Additional Government Pleader stand over to 13 January 2021.
