Section 46(1) in The Orissa Local Fund Service (Pension) Rules, 1980
(1)The term 'pay' means the pay which the employee was receiving immediately before his retirement whin the meaning of Rule 2 (r) and includes additional pay granted under Rule 96 of the Orissa Service Code.
