63. Counting to be continuous.
- As far as practicable, the Presiding Officer shall proceed continuously with the counting of votes and shall, during any interval where the counting has to be suspended, keep the ballot paper packets and other papers relating to the election sealed with his own seals and the seals of such election agents or counting agents as may desire to affix their seals. and the shall cause adequate precautions to be taken for their safe custody during such intervals.
