Section 14(1) in Punjab Package Deal Properties (Disposal) Act, 1976
(1)The State Government [may by an order in writing, at any time, transfer any case pending before a Commissioner to another Commissioner.] [Powers of the State Government under Sections 14 and 15(1) of the Punjab Package Deal Properties (Disposal) Act, 1976, will be exercised by the Financial Commissioners holding the court.'
