Section 1 in Kerala Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2018
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2018.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification appoint and different dates may be appointed for different recognized system of medicines.
