Section 15(1) in The Maharashtra Habitual Offenders Rules, 1960
(1)A restricted person who obtains leave of absence under rule 14 shall travel to his destination and return to his residence by the route specified in the pass. He shall have the time and date of his arrival endorsed on the pass by the Police Patel of the village of the destination or if his destination be a town by the Officer-in-charge of the Police Station concerned.
