(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Shri Rajasthani Seva Sangh, Mumbai, a Charitable Trust registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act No. 21 of 1860) Bombay Registration No. 44 of 1960 and Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 (Bombay Act No. 29 of 1950) having Registration No. F. 774, dated 25.6.1960;
