Section 35(4)(i) in The Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009

(i)Voting by proxy shall be permitted, provided a proxy in Form 26 duly signed by the person entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is filed with the limited liability partnership at its registered office not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
